You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — there are no hidden fees.

Delivery Timeframes

United Kingdom: Typically 3–7 working days
European Union: Typically 5–14 working days
Rest of World: Typically 7–21 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and supplier. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from more than one supplier, your order may arrive in separate parcels at different times. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.

Items must be returned in their original packaging
Sale items and personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty
